Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Jazzy Spins supports optional multi-factor authentication at the account level. When enabled, signing in from an unrecognised device triggers an additional verification step - typically a code sent by SMS or email - before the session is granted.
To enable 2FA: go to Account Settings after logging in, find the Security section, and follow the prompts to link your phone number. Once active, every new-device login requires both your password and the one-time code.
If you do not receive a 2FA code, check that your registered phone number is correct and has signal. SMS delivery can take up to two minutes. If codes consistently fail, contact live chat - the agent can verify your identity through alternative means and help you reset the 2FA setting.
